POLISHING FOR A SUPER-SHINY FINISH
Polishing is a surface finishing process that is performed by the RONAL GROUP using various lapping and polishing stages combined with a ceramic polishing granulate.
This gives every polished wheel an even more brilliant shine to the finish. The benefit of this intensive polishing process is the extremely attractive design of the wheel, thereby enhancing its value. It also acquires an optimum appearance of three-dimensionality and depth, which is highlighted by the extreme mirror finish effect.

We are now the first manufacturer to transparently label all our rims with our own sustainability label, which gives you precise information about the CO2 footprint of each wheel during production.
CO2 equivalents (CO2eq) are a unit of measurement for standardizing the climate impact of the various greenhouse gases. The calculations are based on the raw casting weight of the largest RONAL wheel currently in the range, as the average wheel-weights vary from plant to plant.
This is made possible by the precise traceability of our CO2 emissions, from product development, material procurement and production through to the recycling of old wheel. Because we not only want to create innovative wheel, but also sustainable ones.
As the RONAL GROUP, our goal is to reduce our CO2 emissions in production by 50% by 2030 and to become completely CO2-neutral by 2050.
